Prepare or assist with preparation of regulatory filings, including testimony, schedules, work papers, requests for information and briefs on a timely basis and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Assist with the detailed review of rate change applications.
Proofread testimony, tariff language changes, and review complex spreadsheets.
Ensure reports and filings follow PUC rules and regulations.
Assist in the development of tariffs and studies for EV charging, solar Interconnection, batteries, and other emerging technologies.
Track the progress of other utilities’ rate change applications.
Prepare data responses, reports, compliance filings and other similar non-rate case filings.
Gather and analyze financial information.

Education Description
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, mathematics or related fields from an accredited college or university required.
Experience
Demonstrated experience in a role that required extraordinary attention to detail, the understanding of complex concepts and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A Bonus To Have
Two (2) or more years of experience with increasing responsibility for rate and regulatory matters, business administration, finance, accounting, economics, public policy, or other related field.
