What you will be responsible for:
As Business Analyst, Officer, you will:
Understand how loans work from an operational perspective on WSO and MCH or understand how cash processing/custody movements work or understand how reconciliations work on stock and cash (on WSO would be ideal)
Analyse operational processes
Develop test plans to achieve the enhancement solution
Complete rigorous testing on Loan HQ initiatives in UAT and PROD regions
Assist with deployment of the initiatives
Provide timely and professional responses to all enquiries
Keep Manager updated with regard to project testing progress
Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different workstreams
Maintain standards of personal and professional performance/behaviour
Demonstrate good time organizational skills in order to meet deadlines relating to projects and daily work.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Technology related field
2-4 years’ industry experience ideally in loan operations
Excellent English
Additional requirements:
Weekend availability will be required on monthly IT release dates
