SB&D Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time
We are currently seeking a driven Service Centre Technician whose primary responsibility will be to provide a consistently high standard of repairs within the National Service Centre (NSC) covering warranty and chargeable repairs in addition to reconditioned tools activity.
As the Service Centre Technician, your remit will include some of the following.
Provide a first fix resolution to all tools received into the National Service Centre
Embrace continuous learning about the technical know-how of repair tools across the various brands under the Stanley Black & Decker umbrella
Build and maintain relationships with internal stake holders including, NSC, After Sales, Engineering, Product and Quality teams
Ensure that all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site are complied with
