Provide strategic communications counsel to leaders of cross-functional groups such as Real Estate & Facilities Services, Human Resources and IT to support Midland campus-specific communications needs
Build company reputation and name recognition through strong social media content development and local public relations efforts across the Permian Basin in partnership with community investment and stakeholder relations teams
Develop content for the company’s internal and external websites
Evaluate existing communications vehicles and recommend new strategies/channels to increase effectiveness, with a focus on two-way, measurable communications
Act as a supporting member of the business unit’s crisis response team
Translate complex information into creative and effective communication concepts.
