Customer Service Representative(Remote)

Our Company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities

• Take over closed deals and assist clients with onboarding
• Ensure fast paced and uninterrupted support to clients via email or phone as needed
• Vendor communication for timely delivery of our clients’ service
• Create and maintain documentation for the processes you own
• Improve client response rates as well as client satisfaction

Requirements / Must Have

• Previous experience in a customer service
• Previous experience in corporate services business is a plus
• Self motivated to learn new skills
• Empathy
• Proactiveness
• Self-Starter Type
• Ability to self organize based on priorities
• Listen, Learn, Grow mindset
• Excellent command of English – written and spoken
• Experience working remote
