Our client, an ultra high net worth family office, is looking for Bill Pay & Concierge Specialist to join their high-performing team, focusing on their elite clientele. As a Specialist, you’ll manage bill payments and concierge services with precision and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Process bill payments for ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Deliver top-notch customer service
  • Address client inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain client bills
  • Assist with ad hoc related requests

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bill payment or financial services.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with Bill.com is a Plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
