This team creates and executes sports marketing strategies, secures endorsements and licensing agreements, and represents Nike to the sports community globally. What We’re Looking For

In the Global Sports Marketing team, the Senior Professional will be crucial to executing strategies and building relationships. You’ll manage product orders, day-to-day tasks, and portfolio management, while also supporting trainers and handling reimbursements.

We need a proactive, detail-oriented team player who can build trust and handle multiple tasks. This person should be a self-starter who works well with others and is passionate about supporting athletes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage product orders and portfolio.
  • Occasionally travel for work.
  • Handle athlete reimbursements.
  • Support trainers with resources and information.
  • Answer product questions from trainers.
  • Organize and ship seasonal product packages.
  • Assist with onboarding and support for Nike Elite, Aravo, and Nike Travel.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate with the Global Fitness Sports Marketing team, Geo Sports Marketing partners, and Global Product, Global Brand, Activity, and NDDC teams.

What You Need

Other Jobs You May Be Interested In

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in brand or sports marketing.
  • Experience managing relationships and portfolios.
  • Skills in handling trainer reimbursements, travel, and event coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, including using Keynote, Zoom, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with SAP order entry and Excel.
  • Ability to manage partner communications and handle both good and bad news.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate clearly with teams.
  • Passion for fitness and the ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
  • Creative thinking and a desire to improve how we deliver to trainers.
  • Willingness to support the broader Women’s Sports Marketing Team and collaborate across various functions.
