Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Provide accurate information regarding policies, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues competently and efficiently
- Document and manage customer interactions in our database
- Stay updated on product and service changes
- Create a positive experience for every customer by demonstrating empathy and patience

Educational Qualifications:
