Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to Telus customers via phone, chat, and email channels
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to Telus services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with Telus products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English is required. Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
