- Customer Service Representative – REMOTE
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to customers experiencing issues with their Apple devices, including Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, and other Apple products.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and effectively resolve technical issues on customer devices.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and address technical issues on customer devices remotely.
- Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, technologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in remote technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting Apple devices, macOS, iOS, and related software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet service level agreements.
- Apple certifications (ACSP, ACMT, Apple Certified iOS Technician) is a plus.
- Experience with remote access tools and ticketing systems is preferred.
