Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Comcast products and services
- Provide product information and educate customers on available features and benefits
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience in a call center or remote role is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with Comcast products and services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
