Responsibilities
- Handle incoming chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Update customer records and document all interactions
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
