Qualifications:

  • Capable of troubleshooting software and hardware problems and performing repairs remotely.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Professional certifications such as Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are preferred.
