Full Job Description:-

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the client to define/gather requirements
  • Working with the development team to test the software solution
  • Performing Regression testing, overseeing UAT, and generally ensuring that the software is functioning per specification
  • Keeping the SDLC flowing by progressing Agile stories through the lifecycle
  • Leading / overseeing documentation, knowledge management
  • Training the user base and presenting the solution
  • Promoting the ServiceNow solution generally

Requirements:

  • Strong Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • CompTIA Sec+ (otherwise willing to obtain in 2-weeks of onboarding, or 2-weeks after starting)
  • BS+2 years
