AWS Cloud Architect (State Local Government & Education focus)

Ensure customer business objectives are achieved with partnership and infrastructure solutions that meet needs. Drive customer transformation activities and manage engagement via governance to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Recommend and develop technical direction and future state architecture for clients in alignment with business plans.

Help educate enterprise customers on value… proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful cloud deployment. Collaborate with Customer Service Delivery Managers, Account Teams and Technical Delivery Managers to develop customer and partner relationships. Engage with AMS and AWS service teams to be voice of customer.

Work with internal AWS resources to drive innovation, feature request, and resolution to customer impacting bugs and issues. Capture and share best-practice knowledge among AMS Cloud Architecture community.
