Proposal Writer – State and Federal Government Contracts

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Writer to join our team, specializing in State and Federal government contracts.

Responsibilities

 

  • Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality proposals for State and Federal government contracts, ensuring compliance with all requirements and guidelines.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand the requirements of government solicitations, analyze RFP/RFQ documents, and gather necessary information for proposal development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to gather relevant information and insights for proposal content.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all proposals meet the compliance standards set by State and Federal government agencies, including adherence to specific formats, timelines, and submission requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
