The Service Operations Associate Manager will provide National project leadership and support the field Distribution Center operations. This key leader will collaborate on short term execution and long-term strategy for Frito-Lay In Market Operations Labor

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Lead & execute DC Startup Project Plans & Waves
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop and implement tactics to deliver World Class Service
  • Lead and Partner with 3Pl vendors on startup action plans
  • Support development and facilitation of 3PL Vendor & DCSS/OSR training sessions
  • Leverage analytical competencies to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for SOP improvements
  • Provide technical expertise to field – support through on site visits when needed
  • Post project deployment support
  • Lead & Develop direct report(s)
  • Support multiple projects that drive DC Service performance aligned with the Service Operations AOP
  • Develop annual AOP productivity strategy
  • Other duties as required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 – $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 Years Team Leadership Experience
  • 3-5 Years field operations experience
  • Be comfortable & flexible with a shifting work agenda
