Here, you will make an impact by:
Overseeing, harnessing and amplifying relationships with key customers within the Home Improvement & Distribution Channel
Managing national accounts within the UK&I sales channels, maintaining and growing long term customers by understanding and meeting their requirements and articulating strong value propositions to promote 3M solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction
Generally supporting the Sales team with customer requests, covering annual leave etc.
Collaborating with buyers, merchandisers & customer supply chain to drive incremental opportunities, delivering profitable sales growth to 3M
Networking across the different internal functions, shopper marketing, demand planning, customer service and the sales functions to align functions enabling internal and external objectives to be met
Profitably growing the Home Improvement & Distribution accounts to achieve long-term sustainable success.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Degree calibre applicant.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Solid national account management experience in Home Improvement, Retail or Office environment is desirable.
Customer focused, with ability to manage customer communication to deliver operational excellence while building key relationships.
Able to prioritise own workload and re-organise as needed.
Results driven, history of over-achieving on targets by finding new opportunities to explore outside of core space / ranging.
Current, valid Driver’s License.
