Full Job Description:
The Member Support Experience Agent position responds to phone calls and emails from Nonstop Health members seeking information about their medical benefits in a first-rate and memorable manner. One of the first points of contact for Nonstop’s members and a key component of the company’s service delivery is our Member Support Experience Agent. Strong interpersonal communicators, Member Support Experience Agents provide accurate and thorough medical benefit information pertaining to the Nonstop Health program.
Strong experience with billing, claims, and medical benefits is required of our ideal candidate. Members of the Nonstop Member Support team are devoted to offering exceptional and personalized customer service while they patiently address a range of member issues. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a Mac environment, familiar with the Google Suite of products (or equivalents), and capable of expertly resolving member issues with the aid of the available tools and information.
Primary duties include.
- Answer phone calls and emails from Nonstop’s exclusive email ticketing system for members, broker partners, and clients.
- demonstrates excellent customer service while guiding members through Nonstop’s medical benefit options.
- gives members instructions on completing insurance forms like Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms.
- To assist in resolving member issues, from time to time work with medical carriers, pharmacies, and service provider billing and claims departments.
- Learn everything there is to know about Nonstop’s programs, including but not restricted to its core products and a number of extra advantages like the Durable Medical Equipment program, AltCare Plus, Infertility, and Nonstop’s Claims procedure.
- By providing patient, sympathetic, and expert support, de-escalating situations involving irate members can be achieved.

- By going above and beyond on each call, one develops relationships and engages members.
